The New Haven County Marshals are authorized by law to serve the public concerning Criminal Matters and Civil Process, such duties include: Attachments, Capias, Collections, Divorce, Financial Executions, Property Executions, Wage Executions, Foreclosure, Garnishments, Personal Injury, and Summary Process Evictions. The Marshals also serve court papers such as: Subpoenas, Notices of Deposition, Notices to Quit Possession, Small Claims, and Withholding Orders.
